What You’re Paying For
Your fare covers the cabin, all meals and drinking water, guided island landings and snorkeling stops, and the crew with an English-speaking guide—flights and the park ticket are budgeted separately.
Our fleet ranges from intimate yachts to 21-guest phinisi schooners, so pricing reflects vessel class, cabin grade, and departure day as much as trip length.
The 3-day open trip is the classic Komodo introduction; longer 4–11 night charters unlock the park’s quieter northern and southern reaches.

Payment & Cancellation
- A 50% down payment secures your booking; full payment is due no later than 30 days before departure, by bank transfer. Children aged 3 years and above are charged the full rate.
- For bookings made a year in advance: a 30% deposit confirms the charter, a further 20% is due 120 days before the trip, and the remaining balance is due 30 days before departure
- All bank charges are borne by the sender; the amount we receive must exactly match your invoice
- Cancellations made at any time before departure—30 days or less, or more—forfeit 100% of the total payment, which is non-refundable. Payments cannot be rescheduled or transferred to another trip, though you may nominate a replacement person.
- In force majeure cases (severe weather, government regulations, and other uncontrollable events), the trip may be changed or canceled without a refund

Komodo has no comparable minimum: a two-night private charter or a USD 300 shared cabin are both real bookings here.

That was wrong: 5,300 is where the entry-luxury private tier starts — Deluxe charters cost a third of that, the flagships five times more, and shared travellers pay a few hundred dollars per person. Every vessel publishes its own cabin specs and deck plan, so there are no surprises when you board.
